“Overall we had a great experience.  There was a problem day two where the unit stopped working but the tech guy got here in a couple of hours, fixed the issue and all was well.  One thing I am very unhappy about is the exhaust pipes.  We have hit our heads on it several times and the pipes ruined our plans for that area of our basement.  I’d be happy if the pipes were moved (and they could be).  When I brought this issue up to your employees my feedback was ignored.”
