“We have always had wonderful service from General Heating, and were somewhat disappointed with our experience this time.  Not all the work listed on the contract was performed and we had to request a revised bill twice.  We were told to tear up the first statement and then were called about our payment being late before we ever received the revised bill.  Trash was left in basement and outside around the new air conditioner.  And we had to request a return visit to fix an improperly installed drain line.  When the workers arrived, they thought they had to install a breaker box and didn’t know anything about working on the drain line.  All in all, rather less than what we have come to expect from the company.  Thank you for giving me the opportunity to mention these concerns.”
