Were very proud and honored that you have chosen or even considered General Heating and Air Conditioning as your home comfort specialists. We take the service and repair of your heating and cooling equipment very seriously.
If you need the services of our highly-trained, professional service personnel, we want you to have confidence in knowing that we are here ready, willing and able to provide you with the best service possible.
1. What to do if you need service.
During regular business hours (8:00AM
5:00PM, Monday-Friday) there are up to 4 receptionists available to answer your
phone call or assist you in person. We know that when you need help, you want
to speak with a person not an answering machine.
Even during non-business hours, there is always someone waiting to answer your call and provide you with the assistance you need.

Night Answering System
If you call any of our offices during non-working hours, you will first be greeted by our automated attendant. From here you have the option to speak with an assistant at our 24-Hour Answering Service by pressing the number 3 on your phone* or you may choose to leave a message for the service dispatcher by pressing 4.
If you have an emergency service need, be sure to choose the 24-Hour Answering Service option and ask to have a service technician return your call. A technician will return your call within 1 hour and either assist you over the phone or make an on-site visit.
* When selecting the answering service option, be aware that there will be a dial-tone followed by a short delay as your call is being transferred.
2. Highly-qualified personnel.
GHAC, Inc. employs up to 10 full-time, trained, professional service technicians for field service and repairs. Each technician is equipped with the proper tools and know-how to get your HVAC equipment back up and running as quickly and professionally as possible.
3. The right parts at the right time.
At GHAC, Inc. we make it a point to stock the parts, materials and supplies you need, both in our warehouses and on our service vehicles - in order to get you what you need, when you need it. In fact, we stock more parts in our warehouse than most local supply centers, and keep more useful items on a single service vehicle than most companies keep in their entire inventory. From $2.00 filters to $1000.00 compressors (and most everything else in between) our goal is to keep you covered.
4. What to do if you have a question?
GHAC, Inc. employs a full-time service manager to oversee our service operations and assist our customers with technical questions over the phone or in person. Any time you have questions, feel free to call or stop by. You can also e-mail your questions or comments to service@ghacinc.com.
